“Great entry level job-taught me a lot about the corporate world (both good and bad)”
Former Employee – worked at Web.com Inc full-time
Pros – Great co-workers-they really made the experience worth it.
Cons – Our direct managers took a lot of frustrations out on our team. I assume it was all coming from upper management. I think there's a disconnect between upper level and what's really going on.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate more! Give positive feedback to team members--not just negative!
