    Once had cutting edge technology
    Revolutionized sales, marketing and service
    Sales roles could earn great $$
    Place to grow your career

    Cons

    Ownership by Cisco has crippled product development, innovation and growth.
    Continual layoffs
    Talent drain as people leave to go elsewhere

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Sell this company and let someone who is in the SaaS business run it more effectively
    Continue to develop the services....they are stagnating and the company is losing its competitive edge

    Pros

    The product is excellent, and is enjoyable to sell because it actually works and helps companies to perform much more efficiently.
    The work atmosphere is also excellent most of the time.
    Pays well.

    Cons

    The product is becoming a commodity and being rolled into Cisco's Unified Communications product line. Therefore its direct Sales roles are being eliminated.
    Customer Support is weak

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    If Webex Sales continue, then treat your people well. They will treat you well in return.
