ProsWeber has some of the smartest pr practitioners around, making it a great place to learn and grow in. There are opportunities to touch numerous businesses, especially regarding food clients

ConsThe salary is not as competitive as it should be and team structures can sometimes be top-heavy, leaving junior staff with a lot to handle.

Advice to Senior ManagementListen closely to team requests regarding staffing. Employees need to feel supported.

    Great people, ridiculous politics in the upper ranks
