Nice place to work if you like the agency environment

Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

I worked at Weber Shandwick full-time

ProsThere are a lot of very smart, talented people working at WS. You'll have the opportunity to collaborate with folks across teams and offices, and people are always very willing to jump in and lend a hand.

ConsBecause of the size of the organization, you can sometimes get lost in the shuffle. It helps to have a great relationship with your manager and communicate with him/her often. The work/life balance tends to shift to the work side of the scale, so be prepared for long hours.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
