Pros

The company is filled with talented technical people, especially in the area of security. The talent level in the Labs is truly exceptional. Everybody has something to add. As an added bonus, it's an international company, so you get to work with people in different countries.

Cons

The energy level in the San Diego office is low. The workforce is generally older so even though the aggregate level of experience is great, there's less camaraderie between team members.

Advice to Senior Management

Continue to communicate with the employees with respect to product vision. Foster a greater sense of inter-site collaboration, especially by encouraging engineers to move between products in order to become more well rounded.
