Management does not communicate with "lower" echelons, ideas are silenced, every opportunity is taken to find blame and fault. Opinions are not valued. As the company has grown, the "soul" has diminished. The bottom line is keeping the stock price up and senior management well paid. Rest assured that your personal job satisfaction is of no consequence here. Leaders are disrespectful and quick to dismiss you and your input. The environment is hostile and employee recourses are severely limited. If you have a family (or any kind of home life), do not expect to balance it with work. Your personal life is of no concern to management and is seen merely as degrees of hindrance to your job performance.
