“If you want to start at a career in banking with little experience, a great way to learn”
Former Employee – worked at Webster Financial
Pros – They are good at selling the dream. The benefits are decent compared to other banks I've worked at.
Cons – The bank is experiencing cut backs and has sold off Commercial Lending, Insurance and has and will continue to lay off employees.
Advice to Senior Management – I know you preach that you will not grow for the sake of growing, but you will always make sure it is the right thing to do, please don't forget that.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
