Potential job growth and career advancement, good place to learn industry basics and get foot in the door for the securities industry. The company has great potential to good or even great within the regional brokerage business, but unfortunately continues to be mismanaged and slow

Cons

Management is slow and old fashion, not willing to spend the proper capital or reinvest in the company to make the company grow or become better. Salaries are below average compared to industry norms. Company is trapped in the past such as the 60s and 70s, the business world has changed, decisions and strategic planning most be better thought out and articulated to whole company. Problems are never resolved until it becomes a crisis at the firm or fines are implement.

Advice to Senior Management

Spend money within the business and allow lower mangers to make some decisions, instead of everything being bottlenecked at the top with one man overlooking ever item down to the penny, then coming to a decesion three to half year down the road.
