ProsFlexible hours, pays above minimum wage, additional dollar earned per hour on sundays and holidays

ConsCan be hard to advance in the workplace, friendly corporate culture may be too much for some(I like it)

No company is perfect, but Wegmans is closer than any I've worked for

Pros: Wegmans is a company that actually believes in the values it preaches about doing the right thing for people, allowing a work/life balance, and placing… Cons: The low pressure, seek-to-understand management that is prevalent in this company can be great for the individual, but also means the performance of bottom performers… Advice to Senior Management: Focus on increased feedback. Setting up feedback loops from the top of the organization… Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company… More
