Pros

All communities are owned and managed by the company which is better than fee management structure. Used to have a lot of great training every month for all employees.

Cons

No commissions and expect expert salespeople. Some Upper Management throw others under the bus. Say one thing, then do another. Eliminate or terminate people that really contribute value to the company just to save money. Lower pay than many other property management companies.

Advice to Senior Management

Pay your valued "salespeople" commissions for the excellent results they are acheiving. If you offer tuition reimbursement, then really make sure associates can take advantage of it. Consider the loyalty of your associates and the value they provide before deciding to cut things or staffing just to save money.
