Great Product, Horrible Leadership

Corporate (Former Employee)
New York, NY

I worked at Weight Watchers full-time for more than 3 years

ProsWW Meetings in the office, knowledge and awareness of a great brand

ConsWW is run based on politics, not skills. It's all about who you know and who you have worked with in the past.
Revenue is put before process and in turn, the day-to-day is chaotic.

Advice to Senior ManagementThink about who you are putting in what key roles, make sure they have the background and skills to effectively lead and manage their respective team(s).

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company

Terrible

Receptionis (Former Employee)
Thousand Oaks, CA

I worked at Weight Watchers part-time for less than a year
