Fluctuating, unstable company sorely in need of direction

Leader (Current Employee)
Boston, MA

Pros1) The members- they're what keep many of us with the company, 2) News and knowledge of the latest weight loss science, 3) Flexibility of schedules

Cons1) Leadership of territory managers, particularly in the Boston, New England area, 2) Poor communication and leadership, 3) Pay/compensation vs. expectations

Advice to Senior ManagementThere are many aspects of the company that are in the dark ages. The front line is all "latest technology" and "science and research shows..." but behind the scenes the company is very poorly run. It is so evident, based on what staff need to do, that this company was started (and remains) in someone's kitchen. It's hard enough to tackle the needs of the members without a conflicting, confusing operation undermining the work leaders and receptionists are trying to do with members. The fact that a certain number of members HAVE to be waiting in line before they invest another $5/hour in a second receptionist is ridiculous. It makes the meetings look poorly run.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Loved the members, but WW fails to meet the service vision to employees. Felt very unappreciated.
