Pros

One of the most satisfying reasons to work at Weight Watchers is the opportunity to help people through a very challenging process. The hours are very flexible; you can work as few or as many meetings as you want, depending on what is available. If you need time off, you just call someone else to cover for you.

Cons

The training process is not as good as it could be. Leaders are go through a training process, but receptionists are learn as you go and hope for the best. The pay is not very good unless you work a busy meeting.

Advice to Senior Management

Find ways for workers in an area to meet each other on a regular basis; to get to know each other and share ideas.
