Weight Watchers – “When you really believe in the program...”

Pros

It's easy to be enthusiastic about this job. I've already walked the weight loss journey, so it's effortlessly exciting to get up and inspire people to do the program. Some days it feels nothing like a job. The flexibility is amazing. Our insurance benefits alone are enough to keep me happy. The "front work" is wonderful, most fellow employees love helping people change their lives. It's great to be a part of personal transformations.

Cons

Communicating with management is a nightmare. I hate selling our food products, they are not HEALTHY PRODUCTS. I learned early on that THIS IS A SALES JOB. Some locations are a work comp nightmare waiting to happen. Setting up, tearing down, packing stuff around gets tough. My house has WAY too much WW stuff, and sometimes the family feels overwhelmed by it. The chitty chat amongst other employees is ridiculous, no one seems happy with the "behind-the-scenes" situations.

Advice to Senior Management

We are happy with our members and the team members at our level. We are not happy with the current pay and the current style of management.
