Pros

Great environment to work in. You can learn top quality software development using the latest tools. Development process is very formal, well planned, and hence being a part of it is very valuable.

In addition, company has sports activities for employees, monthly going out is great too. Company picks up the check for first couple of hours :-)

Cons

Often you have to work late hours and management is not giving you enough credit for doing so. I think a big mistake of management is not to calculate overtime into employees bonuses.
On the other hand, when you are trying to ask management for a day off because you have worked 20 hours extra last week, usually you will hear a firm NO.

Advice to Senior Management

give incentives to the employees that have to work extra hard, extra hours to finish projects on time
