    I worked at Weil Gotshal full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Stable company with very good benefits that encourages young attorneys to start their careers. Salaries are up with contemporary payment standards.

    Cons

    They strive to be an equal opportunity employer but employees must conform. There is an atmosphere of pressure and chaos due to time constraints that is unnecessary . This feeling of pressure can cause many an excellent candidate to fail. Demanding hours and disregard for supporting individuals, such as: secretaries, technology, communications, training, etc.

    Advice to Management

    I would encourage more positive reinforcement and focused acknowledgement of all levels of employment from maid to Partner.
