I worked at Weill Cornell Medical College full-time

Pros

A comfortable work life balance.

Cons

Salary is generally low, but work life balance makes up for it.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Fair compensation would increase the talent pool. Don't be afraid to get rid of the folks that are just cruising for a paycheck.

I worked at Weill Cornell Medical College full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great things being done here, interesting research and work

    Cons

Probably not the same in all departments, but in my department there was illegal comp time being utilized when we worked overtime instead of actual wage payment. HR was notified multiple times, but nothing ever changed, either because they left it up to the department and they didn't want to change it or HR didn't really follow up.
