Pros

They do have a good profit sharing program. The bad thing is that they take it ALL back if you are not vested and you leave the company. You also learn a lot about shipping and stocking.

Cons

Terrible management, Lack of necessary supplies, old equipment, lousy pay

Advice to Senior Management

Pay your workers better and actually try to retain quality employees. Please buy newer equipment that actually functions. One of the fork lifts I was using was from the 1970's. That is really terrible and unsafe.
