Weir SPM – “Weir has been great”

Pros

Great opportunites, great direction, good people, good place to be. I enjoy my job exponentionally. I would highly recommend Weir to others.

Cons

Unfortunately as a company Weir SPM does not meet market standards for pay compensation. Other than that, Weir is fantastic.

Advice to Senior Management

As Weir Spm management, market standards for wage need to be reviewed and employees need to be adequately compansated for good work.
