Cons

-The constantly changing orders make it hard to do what is required
-Seemingly out of touch management (Some of the numbers they as for are idealistic at best, hard to reach)

Advice to Senior Management

Work a few shifts at night and see what the employees actually do before you make predictions and orders. We are not robots. We work hard to accomplish the tasks we are given, but sometimes the standards are just unable to be accomplished.
