“Good Place to Work”
Current Employee – been working at WellCare
Pros – Everyone is friendly. Management is always available and eager to help. Lots of social events and other little things to break the monotony. Pay seems competitive and time off is incouraged.
Cons – Databases and IT practices are a mess. Business practices can be confusing. WellCare answers to the state's Department of Community Health. State can have unrealistic expectations and don't seem to know what they want... they just want something and what you gave them isn't what they want.
Advice to Senior Management – None at this time
