Work-life balance is good. Not too much overtime is required.
Great location. Tampa is a nice city to live.
Benefit package is decent.
Free garage parking.

Cons

Communication between departments and group is limited.
It is a hierarchical organization.
Learning and advancement opportunity are limited.
Job mobility between functional areas is limited.

Seek more growth opportunity in the managed care industry.
Create a more diversified work force.
Better motivate employees to achieve common goals.

    the nice thing is the benefits. health, dental, vision

    Cons

    no promotions unless you know the bosses or brown nose them till you get selected for recognition.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    take time to recognize your hard workers. How about say hello to the team once in a while besides come over ans tell us to work harder, when we all work hard to get job completed.

    Pros

    Great commision plan. Some reps made at least six figures.

    Cons

    Poor communication between staff and middle management. It is very possible you can work six to seven days per week.

    Pay closer attention to the staffs issues and concerns.
