    Pros

    Work at home is allowed.

    Cons

    Poor salary compared to other companies, very limited opportunity for advancement, no incentive to stay longer than 5 years, very poor communication, too much drama.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Allow promotions when deserved, pay for quality, give people incentive for staying longer than 5 years.
