    Pros

    Benefits are great
    Work at home makes the job tolerable

    Cons

    Management can never give a straight answer and will NEVER follow through.
    Business decisions are made without any thought.
    Daily operations will never run smooth if managers sit at home, never respond to job related emails, but send emails and pictures of non-job related subjects.
    Working "member centric" hours (especially until 8:30 pm on a Saturday evening) is abrasive to employees and insurance members.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    First and foremost come to work!
    Listen to your employees' concerns AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
    Realize we are the "front line" of your business, we are the ones working hard to make sure your business goals are met and we are the "day-to-day" face of WellPoint. Making our environment disorganized and full of unnecessary drama leaves the members frustrated, untrusting and unwilling to do future business.

    Alot of training wants work done right

    Cons

    Layoffs and outsource are very commonplace Do not care if it is right or not as long as you meet the numbers that you cannot meet if you do the research and do it right.

    Stop giving the higher ups all the money and give to the employee
