Current Employee – been working at WellPoint full-time for more than a year
Pros – 1. Comprehensive interview
2. Team work stressed
3. Work to the fullest extent of your capabilities and interest
Cons – 1. Large organization that may take longer to make decisions
2. Very careful in deliberations with risk averse being a large consideration
3. Business organizations makes coordination of strategy a bit more complex
