One good thing about working for a large company is the ability to transfer between offices if you want to live in another state, since the company is in 14 states. Work at home is also available for some jobs.

Cons

Don't expect to get recognized for a job well done. Everyone is given the same score on their performance reviews, no matter how hard you worked.

Advice to Senior Management

Promote seasoned associates who know how to get the job done right instead of youngsters who will make their mistakes at WLP then move on to some other company.
