Pros

Good pay, good people, and I like what I do.

Cons

Red tape and beaurocracy are absolutely ridiculous. Senor management.

Advice to Senior Management

cut the red tape and beaurocracy. Focus on morality a bit more and money a little less. Capitalism without morals and ethics is scary.
