Good besides the fact that they restructure the company every 2 years and cannot seem to stay on one path

Former Employee - Implementation Coordinator in Chicago, IL
Former Employee - Implementation Coordinator in Chicago, IL

I worked at WellPoint full-time (more than 3 years)

Pros

They have a lot of work at home jobs... Working at home is great and saves you a lot of money on commuting

Cons

Company restructuring and constant worry of being laid off (position outsourced)

Advice to Management

Pick a plan that works and stick to it and don't have so much constant turnover with upper management

    - Willingness to give interns a lot of responsibilities
    - Good Pay for interns
