Get to know your employees individually, know your teams. Do not be aloof and distant from your teams. They are your most valuable resources and representatives of Wellpoint to the industry. Satisfied employees speak volumes to those outside the Corporation.

    Flexible working arrangements, managers that are considerate of their teams. Adequate technology to support requirements for work. easy travel policy, helpful expense filing.

    Cons

    Many shared decision making processes. risk averse, very large organization which makes connecting to the right person difficult at times.
