There are a lot areas where employees would like to move forward in career opportunities but are overlooked as management is willing to consider getting the best outside the network employee at times.

Advice to Senior Management

I think there needs to be a better effort to allow employees a chance to succeed in other job opportunities. I think we need better communication to what is available and how one can go after the opprtunity to make this growing experience. All to often an employee can be looked over without any fair chance to see where things might work best based on their unique skill set. We must be open to gaining a chance to succeed from internal driven employees that want very much to do better in their career.
