Pros

Not many, other than telecommuting. You will get great experience in crisis management, death march projects

Cons

1.There may be a lot of urgent projects and you are given a limited time to finish them. It's a stressful place to work;
2. An unrelenting pace of change that does not necessarily bring about positive results. Employees end up working harder not smarter.
3.Although the company talked of innovation, they don't really understand it.
4.Lousy benefits for a company that provides benefits
5. no concept of core business hours ..management assumes you are available 24/7.No acknowledgements, thanks ever from Senior Management for working over and above required 40 hours a week, routinely.

Advice to Senior Management

1.Engage ground level employees before making decisions.
2.create a innovative culture which rewards risk taking and tolerate occasional failure.
