Pros

Decent benefits
Large company so plenty of opportunities to move around and change jobs

Cons

Almost seems too big to operate efficiently
Some locations have leaders that moved up through personal contacts but lack critical skills
Has quite a few people that have worked there their entire life so they have no clue about what exists outside Wellpoint; seem to lack visionary skill

Advice to Senior Management
