I have been working at WellPoint

    Pros

The people are all really nice and the salary - for the amount of work that you complete - is decent. It is a very hands off company and people are self-motivated.

    Cons

For someone who is looking for a place where there is a lot of teaching/mentoring...WellPoint is not the place. The company is also an "older" company...meaning most of the people there are well into their 30s and 40s.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Create a stronger mentoring program for new hires.
