    Pros

    Co-workers I haven't some really good friends
    Benefits are subpar
    PTO that's about the best thing here

    Cons

    Management is a joke can't answer simple questions or are never around.
    The pay is lousy with the amount of abuse you have to put up with. At times I felt like I was in elementary school.

    Advice to Management

    Value your employees and listen to their ideas. Your running your employees away because it feel like a sweat shop in china. Fire your current managers and bring in managers who care and are knowledgable.

    Pros

    Ability to work from home

    Cons

    IT systems so antiquated half the time the programs don't work and they take millions of dollars from customers for programs that have no value. Account Executives and upper mgt cover it up and support NOT giving customers refunds because that impacts their bonus.

    Advice to Management

    Be honest - listen to the little people instead of just Account Execs.
