WellPoint Systems – “Waste of time”

Pros

Wellpoint has good benefit; cheap medical and dental insurance. Company offers 5 weeks of PTO plus 12 extra flex days if you want to work extra half hour day).
Very casual environment, imagine wearing flip flaps and shorts every day.
There is a gym and swimming pool on premises.
Minutes away from the beach.

Cons

Complete lack of training, management expects you to learn on its own. Low salaries but very high pay cuts and no increases for 3 years. Management sucks. Several bad decision and company filed bankruptcy. I am lucky I found another job. Stay away.

Advice to Senior Management

If you want to manage successful business take time to learn about the product, technology and market.
What the heck were you thinking? You have no clue about technology.
