“Stop worrying about rankings”
Current Employee – been working at Wellesley College
Pros – Beautiful campus, free course auditing opportunities, great coworkers
Cons – As an alum, I am not satisfied with the way the college is managing their money and the quick turn over of staff members speaks to the way they feel they are treated and overworked.
Advice to Senior Management – Listen to criticism and stop doing things for rankings only.
