Pros – Flex time off, ability to travel, nice building - great location - if you want to sit in a cubicle and make 100 calls a day from a list that is mostly disconnected numbers - you'll love it.
Cons – travel - you are working 18 hours per day with no ability to take time off - after a long trip and taking the red-eye back you are REQUIRED to be in work the next morning.... (what about all the flex time they talked about during the interview) sales reps are treated like children - leadership has no sales background, and has a culture of stab you in the back team. Sales reps are not promoted within the company - the company hires outside people for the better sales jobs.
Advice to Senior Management – Bring in a Corporate Coach or Consultant that can teach you how to grow a company - right now WIS is a revolving door.
