Pros

Plenty of gossip to listen to. Don't take responsibility for anything. Doing a good job is like wetting yourself in dark pants... you get a warm feeling, but no one else notices.

Cons

People are more worried about getting stabbed in the back by upper management who are just there for a brief time to bleed the company dry. The Management Team has no business being in the positions they are in and have proven it time and time again. I use to think that Wells really had their act together, but it looks like the best part of Wells went with Fay.

Advice to Senior Management

Get some committed people to run the company.
