Great support, positive people to work for, great benefits, great potential for growth that would be directly related to my drive, tenacity and tools that Wells Fargo Provides. They have many tools to help me succeed

Cons

I have not found anything as of yet to complain about. What I do is tough by going out to seek business and bring it in. However, Wells Fargo hired me because I do have that ability and know how. If you are not successful here, its because you didn't work your plan.
