Pros – Good benefit. Competetive salary
Career not a job
Good compensation plan
Very excellence training program
6% 401k Match
Health insurance

Cons – Too much pressure from the District managers
too many conference calls to attend
Sometimes there is 3-4 calls a day to attend
No overtime but wants you to do a lot and stay late

Advice to Senior Management – Please take care of your people otherwise someone else will.
front line people are the face of the company, please help them grow
