One downside to working at Wells Fargo in the retail side is if the store is open on Saturdays you have to work every Saturday.

    Pros

offered good benefits. had a good training program and support. opportunity to move up quickly if desired. time off when you want most of the time.

    Cons

have to be on the phone all the time. structured calls with scripts. hard to change to a better schedule at first. hard to trade shifts if u need to/

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

offer some more flexible shifts that work with working mothers. ability to trade shifts. give free drinks to help with all the talking you have to do. an ice machice and freee coke station would keep people awake and not running around for drinks all the time.

    Pros

Wells has really good benefits and reasonable pay. It had some of the best vacation time around. The pay was decent. They were good at giving recognition and promotions, but the work was somewhat boring. Mostly low stress.

    Cons

People came and did there job and left. Not much teamwork, collaboration or innovation. Not the latest/greatest technologies in use. Too much bureacracy and process so it is very slow to get anything done.
