“Great pay, but bureaucratic and risk-averse.”
Current Employee – been working at Wells Fargo full-time for more than a year
Pros – Pay is well above market. Decent benefits, generous vacation.
Cons – Lots of organizational silos make accomplishing things done very difficult. Some processes are minutely choregraphed, while others are completely undocumented, leaving employees to their own devices.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
