They work you hard but you learn banking inside and out if you're good.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

Good for outgoing, strong sales and work ethic people. The company likes to promote from within and reward success.

    Cons

They work you hard and expect high sales numbers consistently. If you get an overbearing manager who concentrates too much on the sales numbers morale and the quality of the team/work goes down precipitously.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

High upper management is good, company has good values. Mid management (district and branch level) need to focus less on sales numbers and more on sales quality.
