    Pros

Supportive management, career pathing if you want it, nice benefits package, large amount of vacation time, flexible work options, stable company with lots of opportunities

    Cons

Large corporations sometimes have trouble being dynamic all the time. This can get frustrating. Competition for promotions is fierce because a lot of people want to work here.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Biggest advice to upper management is to work harder to identify high performers and help them grow. This happens but it could be better.

Current Employee - Personal Banker in Reno, NV

    Pros

Best training in the banking business. Good pay. Good bonuses.

    Cons

Unreal expectations when sales numbers are concerned.
Driven by numbers so hard, that customer service is overlooked.
    District managers extremely negative.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Be more of a presence if you want your branches to respond well to you in person. Dont put so much pressure on branch managers that they mistreat their own employees.

    No opinion of CEO
