    Pros

Love my coworkers. Excellent benefits and paid time off.

    Cons

Not enough pay for the amount of work and stress , no matter what role you are in. The threats of HR intervening are constant, even in the most ridiculous scenarios.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Stop blaming the next level down for your inadequacies. Stop waisting our time asking for "action plans" for everything.
