  1. Spent 15 years with the company, was able to advance a number of times. Enjoyed most of the time I was there.

    Pros

Solid benifit package. Free checking account. A lot of positions available for all types of work.

    Cons

Was worked like a dog by senior leadership. In a salaried position and had to work 50 hours a week regularly to accomplish all tasks assigned to supervisors. Preferential treatment was given to certain people with items that should have been left to seniority or performance. Particularly schedule and special assignments.

    Advice to Management

Senior Leadership of the business should sit down with more frontline supervisors.

  2. Wells Fargo does not allow for a good balance of work and life. The more you give the more they want, will suck you dry

    Pros

great training and meet a lot of nice people. Since, you will be at work for about 70 hours a week you will spend a lot of time with co-workers and they will become your best friends. Good recognition events and upward mobility.

    Cons

Very competitive industry and WF will get the most out of you with pay that is not worth the sleepless nights and stressful days. Enough will never be enough if you are doing great they will ask you for more and will raise your goals constantly until you start recenting the company and management, and eventually quit. Will work you to the bone will never see family.
