I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

I have worked for a number for Fortune 500 companies, and I have to say Wells Fargo is the best for their benefits, diversity, employee care, etc. When I first started with Wells Fargo back in 2005, I received five weeks of vacation starting day one. I believe that is down now to just under five weeks with the merger of Wachovia, but still better than most companies. Also, they allow me to work 100% remotely for the position I am in as a Business Process Consultant. As mentioned above, Wells Fargo is also strong with their diversity. Every year they participate in the Twin Cities Gay Pride Parade with over 100 team members walking in the parade. Their GLBT employee resource group meets monthly and is actively supporting their GLBT team members.

    Cons

The medical benefits over the past couple of years have become less attractive due to healthcare cost. However, given the state of healthcare, I can understand the necessity for the change.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

More areas should allow employees to work remotely from home.
