Cons

Training is long and not focused on helping customers with banking needs. Definitely need to focus on ALL banking aspects for training. Care more about referring products than helping customers.

    Great Benefits Good atmosphere Great coworkers Opportunities for upward mobility.

    Cons

    For someone who is not so outgoing, the sales mentality is sort of challenging. Training is kind of different from actually working in the branch.

    Advice to Management

    Make sure managers are actually conducting onboarding and weekly one on ones.

    Obsessive about customer service surveys. Sales are pushy, not ethical.

    Choose smarter people to be District Managers, who don't play games.
