I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Great benefits, great opportunity for advancement for the most part if you work hard. A lot of good people to work with and great opportunity to network yourself. Lot's of vacation time if you stick around long enough. The chance to actually help clients financially the right way.

    Cons

Very high turnover, unrealistic sales goals, micromanagement, management with no clue. Most of them got to where they are by using unethical sales tactics. The most unethical employees are usually the ones you see get promoted due to their ridiculous sales numbers. Many give the company a bad name by taking advantage of clients and putting them in products that benefit the employee rather than the client.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Listen to your employees and start to walk the walk instead of talking the talk. Although the company seems to be moving in the right direction as far as sales quality and ethics, they still hold the branch employees to unrealistic sales goals.

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

hours aren't too bad, off on sundays of course and off on almost all holidays. they have a tuition reimbursement program for part and full time employees, and they usually look for people that are looking to better themselves by growing within one company.

    Cons

takes forever for employees to move up, they will usually get stuck in one position for years. Sales requirements add too much stress to a really simple job. the hours are really inflexible since the hours we are open are not that much. so there is not much variety in the hours you get, usually the same schedule every week.
