Not what I had expected for entry level

I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (less than a year)

Pros

Great people to work with and plenty of help when needed from my team and supervisors/managers.

Cons

Hours at first were not a fit for my lifestyle or family life. Within 90 days the hours were able to be adjusted.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

What issues my team encounters is dealt with accordingly. I feel as if the management does their job as they should. Any issues at work were dealt with in a professional matter.

    I have been working at Wells Fargo full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    Decent pay and benefits. You'll never have to worry about being laid off due to the companies performance. Plenty of resources available to employees to help build their knowledge of the industry.

    Cons

    Sales before service environment. Serious lack of training provided to team members who interact with customers on a daily basis. Extreme turnover in customer facing environments. High sales pressure leads to inappropriate sales and overall customer dissatisfaction.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Spend more time on retention and training of current employees. Creating a WOW experience doesn't require scripting and sales, it requires knowledge and an overall genuine atmosphere. The more your bankers worry about click rates and all the other "fluff" included in your "interaction effectiveness scorecard" the less genuine the customer experience.
